In Western North Carolina, Mission Health’s post-acute services provider, CarePartners, gets you moving again after a serious illness or injury. Physical, occupational and speech therapists help restore your strength, function and independence to their fullest potential.

Rehabilitation programs help you recover after a serious condition, illness or injury, including:

Typically the next stage after your critical care needs are addressed in the hospital, our recovery programs include exercises and activities that build strength and mobility.

CarePartners rehabilitative program

The CarePartners facility is home to our advanced inpatient rehab services for residents from across the region. Located in Asheville, North Carolina, our dedicated rehab specialists manage your personalized intensive rehab plan, typically working with you three hours per day over a set amount of weeks, until you reach your recovery goals.

Pediatric physical rehabilitation services

We are the only hospital system in the region that offers physical, occupational and speech-pathology, as well as advanced rehab services specifically for children. Coordinated by Mission Children's Hospital, located in Mission Hospital, our pediatric physiatrists coordinate your child's treatment to help them get moving toward recovery as fully as possible. Specialists train to help kids recover, while taking into account their ongoing development.
