Trauma services
Dedicated orthopedic surgeons and trauma specialists treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal and critical injuries quickly and effectively. Our Level II Trauma Center is the only center serving the Western North Carolina region. It handles critical injuries, such as fractures, burns, wounds and automobile crash injuries.
Pediatric ER
Kid-focused specialists operate our pediatric ER, located in the North Tower of Mission Hospital. Pediatric physicians from our Mission Children's Hospital use child-sized technology and kid-focused communication skills to quickly diagnose and treat your child's injury or illness.
Minimally invasive surgery
As an innovative surgical leader in the region, we offer the latest in advanced procedures including laparoscopic and robotic, minimally invasive techniques. With 11 robotic consoles, our surgical teams operate one of the busiest robotic programs in the Carolinas. At our facility, our leading-edge methods shorten your visit and recovery.
