Our transitional care unit
Our five-star, fully-accredited TCU facilitates recovery by providing the nursing and rehabilitative support you need to regain your strength.
What is a TCU?
A TCU is a short-term stay facility for when you need nursing and rehabilitative care. Usually, short-term stays are three weeks or less. The average length of stay at our facility is 14 days. You can access specialized medical services and multidisciplinary care at transitional care units, which are generally hospital-based facilities.
If you have undergone acute surgical procedures, such as fracture reduction or joint replacement, then the therapy offered at our care unit will ease the transition from the hospital to home.
